Time is a strange thing. Sometimes it feels like it flies by, out of our control and events go by so fast! At other times it drags, making every minute feel like an hour. One thing I know for sure, as I have got older I have learnt to really appreciate time.
More Time For Yourself
Time with my family, time with my friends, time in my business, time to relax, time to take stock and appreciate all that is around me.
I have noticed especially with my friends who own businesses, we complain we don’t have enough time. We all get 24 hours in a day and we all get to choose what we do with those hours. For instance 8 hours to sleep & 9 hours at work that leaves me just 7 hours to fit in everything else in!
7 hours doesn’t seem like a lot… you lose an hour cooking dinner and another travelling to work. 5 hours left. With 5 precious hours left to devote to my family time, social time, recharge and relax time (not the same as sleeping), time to exercise, read a book or simply sit and just be. Is it any wonder so many of us choose not to spend our most precious commodity cleaning?
