Remove all the contents and wash any removable trays and shelves in warm soapy water, being careful to rinse clean before allowing to dry.
Go through all your food and jars to ensure everything is in date, disposing of all out of date food, sauces jars, pickles, and sundries.
How to Clean a Fridge
With a sponge wipe clean from top to bottom. If you lay kitchen roll on the floor immediately outside the fridge this will catch any drips and residual crumbs etc that you wipe out.
Your fridge will dry quickly but remove any excess pools of water and wipe dry with a clean dry tea-towel before re-stocking.
