What happens if my cleaner is ill or goes on holiday?

If your cleaner is ill or is not able to clean for you due to the holiday, they should notify you with as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule if convenient for both of you. (We have found homeowners generally prefer this than to have a replacement cleaner for what is usually a one-off).

Alternatively, please contact us to either bank your hours to your account or ask us to arrange a replacement cleaner.

Replacement cleaners are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, especially at short notice. However, rest assured that we will always do our best.

A replacement cleaner may require your flexibility on days/times and you will need to provide the replacement cleaner with access to your property.
