How do I cancel or reschedule a clean if I am sick or something comes up?
When you join us we will give you a goodie bag and provide a summary of your responsibilities which details what you need to do if you need to take time off or cancel your clean.
It goes without saying that you need to update your client who stands to miss their clean due to illness/going away and initially offer to reschedule.
This keeps your income regular and the cleaning service consistent.
If rescheduling is not an option, please ask your client to call or text the office where we will be on hand to help.
