I had a bit of an epiphany recently. Not every cleaning company can provide a flexible cleaning service!
I went to a potential client’s home; we do this for every client. We pop in and each client gets to show us around their home, telling us what kind of things they need doing, any areas that need special attention and which ones need to be a priority, after all every home is different with different needs! We can then estimate how many hours cleaning they will need and discuss the best day and time to suit their lifestyle.
Flexible Cleaning
This particular lady had used another local cleaning firm and although generally happy with the service found them to be quite rigid and unable to respond to her changing needs. She said “It’s so refreshing to get a company who is so flexible, every other cleaning company I have had visit me haven’t be at all flexible”. Needless to say we got a new client and she now gets flexible cleaning every week!
For example, one week you might need your cleaner to do an hours ironing and then an hours cleaning.
