When you wash your bed linen make sure you do the poppers or buttons up on the duvet cover, this will prevent any lose items getting lost in your sheets. If you have any marks on the bedding, try a tiny spot of washing up liquid rub in and wash as usual.
When your bedding is dry and it’s time to put it back on the bed, I always start with the sheet first and the pillow cases. That’s the easy parts done.
Changing the Bed
The duvet cover seems simple as well, but we all know it’s not! Lay out the duvet flat on the bed. Turn the cover inside out, and lay it on top of the duvet, make sure the poppers are undone. Put your arms inside the cover and follow the seams up until you reach the corners of the duvet itself. Through the cover’s corners, hold the corners of the duvet, and shake the cover on to the duvet. Hold the corners tight. You will probably have to pull the last of the cover over the bottom of the duvet and tuck in the corners. Don’t forget to fasten the poppers or buttons after!
This is probably the easiest way of changing a bed of course if you do struggle to wrestle the duvet into clean sheets, then you can always ask your Orchard Home Cleaning Cleaner to do it for you!
