We are the only cleaning company in Northampton that visits every one of our new cleaners in their own home. We believe it’s absolutely key to know as much about our cleaners as possible. We do the ground work so you don’t have to.
During our call, we will chat through your cleaning requirements. This will provide us with the opportunity to ask questions and to get a clear idea of what you are looking for.
By the time it comes to your cleaning day you will feel confident as to what can be achieved in the time frame. All our client presentation packs include a ‘helpful guide’ to help you prioritise your cleaning requirements. If you need any further guidance the Team are always on hand to take your call.
We have a comprehensive insurance policy which provides public liability and accidental damage insurance.
Every home is different and we recognise that from time to time additional hours are required. That’s why we have our dedicated cleaning teams on stand-by. You can take your pick from our deep cleaning team or book in extra hours with your regular cleaner the choice is yours.
Our clients and cleaners are kept informed of Government Guidelines. Our team are always on hand if you need any advice regarding COVID-19.
